The man in his 30s, arrested in the Hagen case on Thursday night, was released by police on Saturday afternoon.
This is stated by the police in a press release.
– Several interrogations were carried out last Saturday afternoon, where the man explained himself to the police. He has been released because police do not believe there is a danger of forfeiture, prosecutor Haris Hrenovica of the Eastern Police District said.
Still aiming
The man is still charged in the case. For the sake of the ongoing investigation, police on Saturday night have no further comment to give, he says.
According to VG, the defendant was questioned at Kripos in Brynseng in Oslo on Saturday. His advocate, attorney Dag Svensson, came out at 5.30 p.m., but did not want to speak to the newspaper. He picked up the car and drove to the Kripos garage.
Relationship with the garden
The accused man in his 30s has a relationship with Tom Hagen, and police have stated that “they are familiar with the man’s IT and cryptocurrency experience.” Like Tom Hagen, he is charged with section 275 of the Penal Code for having taken his life or assisted by Anne-Elisabeth Hagen.
The garden escaped custody on Friday.
