The man in his 30s, arrested in the Lørenskog case on Thursday night, has been released by the police.

This was reported by the Eastern Police District on Saturday night.

– Several interrogations were carried out last Saturday afternoon, where the man explained himself to the police. He has been released because the police do not believe there is a danger of loss of evidence, prosecutor Haris Hrenovica said in a press release.

The man is probably still charged in the case.

Due to the ongoing investigation, the police will not provide further comment at this time.

According to VG, the defendant was questioned at Kripos in Brynseng in Oslo on Saturday. His advocate, attorney Dag Svensson, left the building at 5.30 p.m., but declined to speak to the newspaper. He picked up the car and drove to the Kripos garage.

“It is probably so remarkable that they are targeting a person for complicity in the deliberate murder and release him almost immediately,” Tom Hagen’s advocate Holden said Saturday night.

Svensson tells NTB that he is satisfied with the launch.

– He will try to get home and relax, says the defender.

According to the defense, the 30-year-old defendant must wait for the police to call him for further questioning.

– We said we are asking, says Svensson.

Have relationship

The arrested man has a relationship with Tom Hagen, and police have stated that “they are familiar with the man’s IT and cryptocurrency experience.” Like Tom Hagen, he is charged with section 275 of the Penal Code for having taken his life or assisted by Anne-Elisabeth Hagen.

The garden escaped custody on Friday.

The man in his 30s defense, Dag Svensson, has not answered Nettavisen’s questions all day.
