Many of those who now have to deal with Nav are surprised at how heavy the system is and how little money they get. Several people report long case processing time, little information, and a sense of losing their own autonomy, because they no longer have a secure income.
Hope it goes away for all those who embark on the Nav are quite common people who for a real reason cannot work and therefore need help from the state. Just like you do now.
The pandemic can help break the taboo and sentence that many people experience because they are supported by Nav.

I hope to understand It goes without saying that “spinning on Nav” is very unprofitable. Also, it is very slow and difficult.
You rarely have a choice. We see a pandemic that can happen, in the same way that anyone can contract illnesses and injuries, which means that they must obtain short or long-term support from Nav to cover basic things for life.
Now it has changed its rules and ways of working to help ordinary workers. It is quite surprising to see that the system can change so quickly when more people get information about poor functionality.
I think we can get something positive out of this; Letters that are understandable to both the sender and the recipient, a system based on basic trust to the contrary has been proven, and people are more grateful to be able to contribute to the welfare state.
We are all human beings. We can all end in crisis. Thank you to all taxpayers, to all those who are going through a pandemic, whether they are working or laid off.
And not least for anyone who has been biased about who they are because of their need for welfare state help. I hope and believe that we can be even better seeing ourselves as human beings.
