Another person was diagnosed with the infection after the retirement bus ride. This means that 38 of the 40 passengers on the bus on the trip of the retiree in question have detected coronary heart disease. A total of around 50 cases of infection are related to bus travel.
So far, more than 50 people have been diagnosed with corona infection after the outbreak on the Jæren tour bus, writes the National Institute of Public Health (H) in its weekly report.
The number of infected includes 38 of the 40 participants on the bus. In addition, new cases of infection have been identified in several places that the tourist group has visited.
The infection on the bus is distributed among the municipalities of Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola, Randaberg and Hå.

According to the FHI report, six counties had an increase in infection since last week. These were Agder, Rogaland, Troms and Finnmark, Vestfold and Telemark, Innlandet and Oslo.
In other counties, fewer cases were reported than the previous week, and 263 of the nation’s 356 municipalities reported no cases last week.

New cases of infection
On Tuesday night, the Stavanger Municipality stated that five people tested positive for COVID-19 in Stavanger. One of them was on the retiree bus trip. Therefore, the 15 Stavanger passengers who were on the bus trip with Ingvars Reiser are infected with covid-19.
The five are:
- Male in his 40s, close contact with those infected in a family business with several generations who have been informed about the past.
- A foreign guest worker.
- A man in his 80s who was on a bus trip for his retirement.
- A woman in her 30s whose source of infection is currently unknown.
- A woman in her 60s who is probably infected by a relative living in Oslo.
All infected people have been isolated and infection monitoring has been put in place for all new cases of infection, says Vigdis By, a communications consultant in Stavanger Municipality.
