341 new coronary heart diseases in the last 24 hours

As of midnight Thursday night, 69,489 people infected with corona were registered in this country, according to preliminary figures from the national infectious disease notification system (MSIS).

In the last seven days, a total of 1,991 new cases of infection have been registered in Norway. So far 3.7 million corona tests have been performed in the country.

298,742 people have received the first dose of the coronary vaccine and 104,343 people have received the second dose.

95 corona patients were hospitalized on Wednesday. There were three more than the day before.

A total of 620 corona-infected people have died in Norway since March, preliminary figures show. It is not always possible to establish whether patients have died from or with COVID-19.

64.0 percent of all deaths have reached the age of 80. In the age group under 50 years, nine deaths have been reported in Norway.

151 new infected people registered in Oslo

151 people have been infected in Oslo in the last 24 hours. That’s 38 more than the average for the previous seven days, which was 113 infected per day.

That’s 55 more than the average of the previous 14 days, which was 96 infected per day.

The number of infected in the last 24 hours is three less than the day before after the municipality reduced 155 cases to 154 yesterday.

On the same day last week, 138 cases of infection were registered.

The highest infection pressure in Oslo is now registered in the Stovner district with 348 infected per 100,000 inhabitants in the last two weeks. It is the first time since February 11 that infection pressure is higher in Stovner.

The pressure of infection in the district has increased in recent days. This is still well below the highest level the district has ever been at, around 600.

In second place is now the Alna district with 303, followed by the Bjerke district with 272.

The lowest infection is in the Ullern district with 104 infected per 100,000 inhabitants in the last two weeks. They are followed by Nordre Aker with 115 and Frogner with 122.

A total of 19,427 citizens of Oslo have been infected since March last year. The most infected are in the 20 to 29 age group with 4,714.
