Searching for the perpetrators

On Thursday night, the police are conducting an exhaustive search for the rest of those involved, including in the field near Bøler.

The police are also working on reviewing crime scene videos, as well as conducting witness interviews.

Task leader Svend Bjelland tells NRK that everyone involved is young.

– In fact, we have a pretty good overview of who we think is interesting and what has happened, says Bjelland.

Deep cut to the face

– Several ran out of the place when the police arrived and one person was left behind. The person left has a large, deep cut on his face, says operations manager Pedersen.

Several witnesses have given different explanations to the police about the attack and reported that the boy was stabbed in the face with a large knife, machete or ax.

Pedersen emphasizes that it is probably a deal.

– There is no indication that this is accidental, he adds.
