After Nintendo’s “massive” leaks earlier this year, now it has reportedly happened again.
Alleged prototype versions of classic titles like Yoshi Island, Super Mario Kartand Star fox 2 all have appeared online, along with the source code. This leak is believed to stem from the same one we first reported in May, which contained the source code for the Wii, GameCube, a Pokémon game, the iQue, and more.
This latest leak allegedly contains source code for other games like F-zero, Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past – and apparently there are also some hacked concepts.
As you can see there is Yoshi’s Island with a different user interface, unused minigames, a “human character” for Star Fox 2, Donkey Kong’s sprite work, a Yoshi’s Island build called “Super Donkey”, with a character unknown, and even “Zelda 3” sprites. If we see or hear anything more exciting about this leak, we’ll be sure to let you know.
