The Joy-Con deviation has been an ongoing topic throughout the Switch’s lifetime, but Nintendo reports it argues that it’s “not a real problem” and “didn’t cause any inconvenience to anyone”. Ouch!

All of this is according to U.S. law firms Chimicles Schwartz Kriner and Donaldson-Smith (CSK & D), which now assume that customers who previously contacted him (via email) will personally give Joy-Con Drift their Experience with Nintendo Switch to provide a video account of how the effect is affected.

“Thank you for contacting our law firm regarding the Nintendo Switch Joy-Con Drift lawsuit. You’re working to put together a montage of video clips from Nintendo Switch owners as a way to voice the fun-con drift issues you’ve experienced. This will help us to answer Nintendo’s arguments about how this is not a real problem or has caused any inconvenience to anyone.

“In an effort to humanize and demonstrate these issues and their impact on consumers, if you submit a short (90 seconds or less) video describing your experience with the Joy-Con attitude, it will be helpful to us in handling the case. . “

All of them are linked to Pay firm filing a class-action lawsuit against Nintendo in July 2019 for “alleged defect claims” in switch controllers and allegations of inappropriate and deceptive behavior on the video game giant.

CSK and D want all video accounts by October 16 and plan to share them with Nintendo’s attorneys and representatives.
