Week 12 of the NFL season should be interesting on the waiver wire, depending on what is available and the players you have to replace due to injury. The good news is that neither team is on bye in Week 12. But that doesn’t mean your fantasy roster is intact.

At week 11, J Bur Burrow (knee), Rex Burkehead (knee), Lamical Perrin (ankle) and Greg Olsen (leg) suffered serious injuries, and we are also monitoring Julio Jones (hamstring) and Juju’s condition. Looking. Smith-Schuster (toe) – along with all the other players who are already out. On top of that, we hit up with the COVID-19 related stories that had to be monitored in Baltimore (JK Dobbins and Mark Ingram) and Minnesota (Adam Thilen).

Thankfully, there are some good options on the waiver wire at every position, including some potential starters including Tess Hill, Goose Edwards, James White, Michael Pitman and Debo Samuel. We also have streaming options on tight end, DST and kicker.

Week Ntasi Plays starts in most leagues at Week 14, so be aggressive on the waiver wire this week if you’re fighting for the postseason spot. You can’t take your FAB dollars with you to se fasen – at least in most leagues – so spend your money now if you think a player can help you win.

Editor’s note: For this waiver wire column, we’re only seeing roasted players in less than 65% of the CBS Sports League.

Week 12 Apologies

  • Note Injuries: Killer Murray (shoulder), J Bur Burrow (knee), Drew Bryce (rib), Matthew Stafford (toe), Teddy Bridgewater (knee), Philip Rivers (toe), Nick Falls (foot), Gardner Minshare (toe), Jimmy Geroppolo (ankle), Sam Darnold (shoulder)
  • Bye: No one Week 13 is the last week of the bye.
  • Priority list: Tessam Hill (64% roasted), Philip Rivers (49%), Daniel Jones (30%), Andy Dalton (18%), Alex Smith (28%) and PJ Walker (4%)
  • Check to see if available: Derek Carr (70% roasted) I loved Carr going into Week 11 against Kansas City, and he had the best games of the season with 27 fantasy points. He gets the Falcons in Week 12 and the Jets in Week 13 and is in the top-10 in matchups.
  • Potential drop candidates: Drew Bryce (81% roasted), Carson Wentz (77%) and James Winston (31%). There’s no reason to hide Bryce unless you have an injured reserve for him, and for the Winston Saints this point is clearly behind the hill. As for Wentz, he could be a bench for Jalen Hurtz, and Wentz has scored 18 points in three consecutive games. The only reason you want to keep Wentz is for his matchup against Seattle in Week 12, but he’s not close to a quarterback starting in any league right now.

Running backs

  • Note Injuries: Christian McCrefre (shoulder), J Mix Mixon (feet), Chris Carson (feet), in Stein Eckler (hamstring), Rahim Mustart (ankle), D’Andre Swift (excitement), David Johnson (excitement), David Montgomery ( ), Jericho McKinnon (neck), Miles Gaskin (knee), J.K. Dobbins (Illness), Mark Ingram (Illness), Rex Burkehead (Knee), Jemakel Hasty (Collarbone), Justin Jackson (Knee), Devonta Freeman (Ankle), Tavin Coleman (Knee), Jeff Wilson (Foot) Dillon (illness)
  • Priority list: Goose Edwards (% 5% Roasted), James White (45%), Cam Acres (46%), Carlos Hyde (48%), Frank Gore (1 %%), Devont Booker (37%), Cordrell Patterson (1 %%) and Carion Johnson (22%)
  • Check to see if available: Zac Moss (80% roasted), Wayne Galman (78%), Jericho McKinnon (77%) and JD Mc McKisick (76%). Moss could be a sneaky starting option this week against the Chargers, who have allowed eight touchdowns to run on their backs in their last five games. Gallum his nanny has five touchdowns in his last four games and should continue to play well with Freeman, including 12 in the week against the Bengals. Mostert and Coleman are expected to return for 49 in Week 12, but I don’t mind hiding Mc McKinnon, as he may still have a special role in San Francisco, especially on the Downsings. And McKisick should be the best in all PPR leagues, even though he had a game down in Week 11 against the Bengals (nine PPR points).
  • Potential drop candidates: Darrell Henderson (85% roasted), Leviathan Bell (82%) and Devin Singlettery (76%). Henderson is part of a messy three-headed backfield with the Rams and Kers could be on the verge of losing his job. Yet what Belle scored on Riders in Week 11 is clearly just a handcuff for Clyde Edwards-Haleyer. And Singlettari has scored nine PPR points or less in six consecutive games and can’t be trusted despite a good matchup against the Chargers.

Wide receivers

  • Note Injuries: Juju Smith-Schuster (Toe), Julio Jones (Hamstring), Adam Thilen (Illness), Kenny Golade (Hip), Brandon Ayuk (Illness), John Brown (Ankle), Debo Samuel (Hamstring), Semi Watkins (Hamst) , Julian Edelman (knee), Laviska Shenolt (hamstrings), Preston Williams (legs), Treyquan Smith (excitement), Randall Cobb (toe), Kenny Steels (quad), Danny Amandola (hip) and Decin Jackson (legs) )
  • Priority list: Michael Pitman (45% roasted), Debo Samuel (50%), Nelson Agolor (41%), Sterling Shepard (51%), Tim Patrick (55%), Josh Reynolds (16%), Russell Gage (16%), Denzel Mimes (12%), Damier Byrd (2%), Jackim Grant (11%) and Larry Fitzgardald (9%)
  • Check to see if available: Curtis Samuel (81% roasted), Corey Davis (76%), Darius Slaton (75%), Jacobi Meyers (72%) and Cole Beasley (69%). Samuel has at least 16 PPR points in four of his last five games, and he has scored at least nine goals in two of those games. Davis has scored at least 11 PPR points in every game he has played this season, including 10 weeks against the Colts, which he faces this week. Slaton has a big match against the Bengals in Week 12, and Cincinnati is third in touchdowns with 14 receivers this year. Meyers Houston had a down game in Week 11 with 11 PPR points, but he made at least 13 PPR. Points in his previous three games and should continue to be involved for those patriots. Beasley has scored at least 11 PPR points in 7-of-10 games this year and could be a sneaky sleeper this week against the Chargers injuring John Brown.
  • Potential drop candidates: Marquis Brown (85% roasted), Emanuel Sanders (81%), John Brown (64%) and AJ Green (53%). Marquis Brown has scored nine PPR points or less in five consecutive games, and it is difficult to support him catching up in most leagues at this stage. Sanders has five goals or less in three consecutive games since Michael Thomas returned for the Saints. John Brown is injured, and if he loses time you don’t have to hide him. And Green, despite scoring last week against Washington Washington for the first time in all seasons, is not fit to dismiss Burroughs.

Wide receiver

Week 12 priority list

  • Note Injuries: George Kettle (feet), Zac Ertz (ankle) and Greg Olsen (feet)
  • Priority list: Dalton Schultz (40%), Jordan Reid (26%), Stin Hooper (58%), Jordan Akins (4%), Logan Thomas (59%), Jimmy Graham (45% Roasted), Will DeSilli (1%) and Robert Tonian (58%)
  • Check to see if available: Evan Engram (77% roasted), Zach Ertz (73%) and Dallas Goedert (71%). Ingram have scored at least 11 PPR points in their last three games, and they have a great matchup against the Bengals, who are fourth in the Fonseca points, given a tight end. Aertz could return in Week 12 against Seattle, and he is likely to resume the tight end of Fantasy again. If he’s out, Goedert must be an early option, and he has 18 PPR points in Week 11 in Cleveland.
  • Potential drop candidate: Jared Cook (87% roasted), Noah Fent (82%) and Tyler Higby (66%). Cook has scored six goals in his last three games with three catches for targe 36 yards and no touchdowns in that period. Fante has not made a touchdown since Week 2 and has six PPR points or less in his last seven games. Higgins has not made a touchdown since Week 2 and has scored nine PPR points or less in seven consecutive games.
