New York Governor Andrew Cuomo will hold a press conference on Monday as all regions of the state progress through the final phase of reopening, though the governor has shown some caution as outbreaks elsewhere have increased. from the country.

New York City has been cleared to enter Phase Four of the state reopening on Monday, but will see some restrictions. The fourth phase will allow for more outdoor activities, such as zoos, outdoor movies, and gardens, but indoor operations, such as dining in restaurants and shopping in shopping malls, will remain closed, Cuomo said.

“Each region of the state will now be in Phase Four. There are no more phases,” Cuomo said in a press release. “And that’s great. Each region has passed all four phases without having to close.”

However, Cuomo has criticized some companies in New York City, saying there was “significant evidence” that some restaurants in the city were violating social distancing policies designed to contain the spread of Covid-19.

On Thursday, he described a new order that would close a restaurant after three rapes. Atrocious violators could face an immediate shutdown and lose their liquor license.
