As the pieces begin to come together for the final days of Destiny 2’s season, new evidence has emerged, both public and private, that seems to paint a potential picture of what is to come.
If you want to avoid any and all possible spoilers, be clear now, but just know that nothing has been confirmed, and this is just trying to put the puzzle together without any inside information.
So, yesterday a big deal was done outside of the new symbol of Destiny 2 which was racted from Play / Station by R / RaidSecrets.
The high-looking art, seen above, shows a healed traveler and a fixed Destiny 1 tower, which is why people believe it could be the development of a conspiracy ahead of or during the upcoming season. I wasn’t convinced until he pointed me out that this isn’t the first time we’ve seen a healed passenger (who fractured after the end of the Red War campaign after Gaul’s Shennigans), in a “perfect” bungee-shared Beyond Light director Also present Traveler:
And yes, passengers appear fractured in the current Destiny Director for comparison:
While all this was going on, Dataminer Pericito decided to make a list of three different words, and did not explain what they meant, meaning that they were probably the things they found in the data in the backend:
These could potentially be new locations, viz. Something in the “repaired” tower, although Traveler’s Grace I’m sure it sounds like a mission or event name.
On top of all this, before this, we learned about the “CC Limitation Protocol” symbol in the backend that would be received “to witness the end of the Season 11 event”.
All of this adds to a central principle I have, that in a very short time, we are getting a season-to-event event in the style of the Almighty (although hopefully it runs fast) in which we can see that the journey itself heals, The rest of the pyramids are equipped for the pre-invasion struggle.
To return to Destiny 1 Tower? I am less clear about that. We’re just a central part of this art, and I don’t expect anything That Big as part of the end of the season event. But maybe as a development in Beyond Light? It is possible. The current tower is beginning to empty. All except Adex Ada-1 and Benedict are dead, and now the drifter will be on Europa. The hangar never had consistency except for the last two asons Tuo (sorry Amanda), so sure, maybe it’s time for a new (old) space, and it takes enough time to fix the three year old tower. On top of all this, all the old missions that revolve around the destroyed tower, namely Red War Campaign and Zero Hour, are now being removed from the game. But I haven’t seen enough evidence to prove to us that we’re going back there.
The director alone is enough to convince me that the traveler will recover soon. Whether that is the literal end of the season event, I’m not sure, but it seems probable, like the Almighty, something that everyone can see from the tower. Stay in touch for more information.
