Now that Ronald Koeman is the manager of Barcelona, he gets the wonderful opportunity to speculate on what goals Barcelona transfer has for big acquisitions that he wants to bring this summer. Then immediately receive those transfer fund requests rejected by Bartomeu.
AS report that there are three main players that the newest manager of Barcelona is focused on. Lautaro Martinez is of course the name at the top of the list. Unless Barcelona can make Luis Suarez four years younger, however, there is not really a big chance that a Lautaro deal will be made without significant money on the table.
The other two players are Manchester City’s Eric Garcia and Ajax’s Van de Beek. It remains to be seen if Koeman’s hiring will increase more flexibility in the transfer budget this summer. But I will go ahead and report that it is not. Barcelona do not have an abundance of cash lying around, and unless they can remove a few midfielders this summer, there is no chance that Lautaro Martinez will join Barcleona.
