Neverland Ranch sells Michael Jackson’s former home to Pittsburgh Penguins co-owner Ron Berkeley

Berkeley is also a co-founder of an investment company, UKIPA.

Neverland Ranch – named after the fictional “Neverland” in Peter Pan’s story, a boy who could never grow up – was bought by Jackson in 1987 for .5 19.5 million.

Prices keep falling

In 2014, the property was listed for sale for 100 million. Reportedly dragged into the market in 2017, after failing to find a buyer after a reported ઘટા 67 million decline, and returned to the market in 2019 for 31 31 million.

The property, now known as the Cicamore Valley Ranch, was jointly owned by a fund managed by Jackson’s Estate and Real Estate Investment Trust Colony Capital.

At the time, Agent Kyle Forsyth shared the list with Suzanne Perkins.

The property, which houses about 12,000 square feet of the main building where Jackson has lived for 15 years, was closed to the market due to wildfires and mudslides in nearby Santa Barbara, California, he said.
