The latest NBA 2K21 patch, update 1.02, has officially gone live.
Here are all the details on what’s new in this game.
Patch Update 1.02
Fans of the game will remember that there were some monster-sized updates to the game immediately after its launch on previous years outings.
Thanks, users are reporting that this new update requires about 4.6GB on PlayStation 4 and 5.7GB on Xbox One.

So what brought up the latest update table?
- Option to disable Pro Stick targeting in controller settings (on startup screen only)
- The Pro Stick can now be used by turning off the shot meter
- Ideal shot emitting points for the Pro Stick are now determined by pulling down by speed players, allowing more control
- 2K share content will now allow proper access to draft classes and rosters
- Fan growth steady stability in the neighborhood
- Fixed some hangs coming in and out of Miteam, Neighborhood and Mileageguii and game modes
- Players and opponents will no longer see the green indicator for shots if the shot response is turned off
This new update follows the NBA 2K21 shooting hotfix that went live on September 6th.
