A Navy sailor is being monitored in connection with the massive four-day fire on the USS Bonhomme Richard, which investigators suspect they were intentionally set up.
Navy investigators searched the unknown sailing house to look for links to the fire that caused substantial damage to the ship, multiple sources told ABC 10News.

Despite the development, Navy officials have been holding on to the status of her probe.
“The investigations are ongoing and there is nothing new to announce about their current status as findings,” a Navy spokesman told the outlet.
The fire on the ship began on July 12 and took firefighters and sailors four days to extinguish. At least fifty-seven sailors sustained minor injuries, mainly due to exhaustion and smoke inhalation.
The flames destroyed the ship’s first mast and damaged the substructure, endangering the ship’s future.

Asked if the ship could be rescued from the fire for two days, it backfired. Philip Sobeck, commander of Expeditionary Strike Group 3, an optimistic tone.
“I feel absolutely hopeful because we sailors are giving it their all,” he told reporters, ABC News reported.
