Nate Diaz Savagely faces the UFC for reserving Khabib Nurmagomedov vs. Justin Gaethje

Nate Diaz has criticized the upcoming UFC lightweight title fight between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Justin Gaethje.

ESPN journalist Ariel Helwani turned to social media to ask fans who will win the match, and Díaz responded with a brutal response.

On Instagram, he wrote: “Whoever gives the crap is on the same team, not even a real # phonymotherf ** kers.”

Diaz, 35, has not fought since his arrest loss to Jorge Masvidal for the BMF title at UFC 244 last November.

“Oh, definitely. Definitely,” he said of a possible return for slugger Stockton. “I think Nate will fight again (in the UFC).”

However, their comeback fight will not be a rematch with Masvidal.

Speaking to ESPN, White said he has no interest in pitting Diaz against Masvidal at the moment.

“I don’t think you will make an immediate rematch,” he revealed.

“We have to see how some of these fights develop and see what’s next for [Masvidal].

“I mean, he’s talking about fighting again after next year. So, you know, he’s still a long way off and a lot can change in that division in the next six to eight months.”
