The eventful afternoon of Red Bull at the Hungaroring continues with Alex Albon now under investigation.
The Stewards are investigating after Red Bull allegedly artificially dried its grill box before the start of the race.
On this, a note was sent to the teams before the race saying: “Every competitor is reminded that they are not allowed to use any means to artificially dry the track”, so that is what Red Bull has broken # F1 # HungarianGP https: // t.co/haGF1Ljr9s

After a previous rain, the track was greasy before the lights went out, as Albon’s teammate Max Verstappen discovered when he crashed into the wall at Turn 12 on the way to the grid.
And while the team worked at full speed to prepare the Dutchman’s car for the race, it seems that they also reserved some time for other matters, such as drying the Albon grill.
Albon started the Hungarian Grand Prix from P13 as he was eliminated in Q2 but progressed quite a bit in order in the early stages of the race.
On lap 31 of 70, he was racing in P6 behind Kevin Magnussen of Haas after the American team’s bet to move onto dry tires after the formation lap worked wonders.
Red Bull summoned for grill drying, will see stewards at 4:15 pm BST # F1 #HungarianGP
