‘Moonshineers’ star Lance V. Latru died at the age of 30

Lance and Wal Latrup, the early stars of Discovery’s “Moonshineers”, have died. He was 30 years old.

The TV star, whose birth name was Lance Colby Waldtrup, died on February 25 at his residence in Robinsville, North Carolina.

The Discovery TV show also reacted to the news in a statement shared on its official Facebook page.

“We are saddened to hear of the loss of Lance Waltrup. An adventurous distillery featured with his father during the opening season of the Moonshineers, Lance always took his shiny dishes to ‘shine new heights,'” the statement said. “It simply came to our notice then. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family in our difficult thoughts. “

Vadgrup is known for starring in six seasons of “Moonshineers” with his father Jeff. He helped clear up the confusion as well as the Absinth and Scotch trade.

The trend for the former Discovery star states that it was preceded in death by her sister Lindsay Waltrup and her brother Lamar Waltrup. According to the organizer of his GoFundMe campaign, Waltrup had to bear “surviving guilt” after the death of his siblings. This led him to drugs, but he went into rehabilitation and became a “healed addict.”

The campaign also noted that he left “Moonshineers” to care for his mother, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
