Modern Family star Ariel Winter has revealed it game of Thrones-Inspired hair transformation.
The actress played Alex Dunphy in the hit comedy ABC, which recently came to an end after 11 seasons, where she sported long, straight brown hair. Not long after the show’s conclusion, she opted to switch to a slightly ginger shade.
Now, however, it’s gone for the Daenerys Targaryen look.
Coming to Instagram on Saturday (July 4), the actress shared a series of images of her new curly white blonde locks.

“Winter is coming!!!!!!!!!!!” she shamelessly captioned the post. Get it? Because they say it on the show and her last name is also Winter. You get it.
Her followers soon flooded her comments with praise, and some even compared her to Marilyn Monroe, who was definitely not in game of Thrones.
Ariel is not the only star of Modern Family to transform your bonce lately. Last month, her on-screen sister Sarah Hyland (who plays Haley) revealed that she had dyed her hair dark red.
Borrow a line The little Mermaid, subtitled a series of images: “‘I want to be where the people are …’ # QuaranTINT team (I did all this alone! Very proud [smiley emoji]) “.
A Little Mermaid reference? Your on-screen sister being played by someone named Ariel? These weak links are enough to start a sort of Disney conspiracy theory.
Modern FamilyThe series finale aired on ABC in the United States. The show airs on Sky One and NOW TV in the UK..
