Shaun Weiss – Famous for playing Goldberg in “The Mighty Ducks” – he’s doing well on his way to recovery after his most recent methamphetamine raid … but he could still use a little help in one area.
Shaun is in a sober living center in Woodland Hills, where he keeps himself clean and goes to outpatient meetings 5 days a week … but he could use some new pearl whites, because they’re all gone.
Your good friend Drew Gallagher, he created a GoFundMe to help Shaun get a complete set of teeth … and he’s trying to raise $ 25,000 for much-needed dental work and his ongoing sober life.
As you can see in this last photo of Shaun … he looks much better and happier. I was having breakfast this week with Drew when the photo was taken … a meal celebrating 170 days sober.
It is another milestone for Shaun, who I finally went to rehab in March after leaving prison and completing a 90-day program at Quest 2 Recovery in Lancaster.
As we first reported … Shaun’s friends they were desperate To enlist the help of the troublesome child star before it was too late: He was dealing with a number of life-threatening problems and, at one point, lived on the streets before January arrest for methamphetamine and robbery.
Shaun keeps looking better and better … so hopefully he continues to get the help he needs, including some new teeth.
