Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliam’s has claimed that Meghan could set her eyes on the White House and could run as a Democratic candidate in the future.
From the back of a powerful speech Meghan gave to girls and young women at this year’s virtual Top-Up Summit, Fitzwilliams said: “Her speech per video clip to the UN-sponsored leadership campaign, Girl Up, was intended to inspire their audience.
‘It was about organizing to change things radically, to change power structures and not just have a debate about equality, but be in control.
‘She urged her audience to challenge the norms that said we were at the moment’ at the bottom of transformation and stressed how reciprocal real equality can be.
Quoting from the Dalai Lama who said ‘compassion is the radicalism of our time’, this was also a call for activism in various areas, support for Black Lives Matter, reform of the criminal justice system, more resources to deal with mental health issues to tackle and help end gun violence. “
