Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have reached an agreement with a UK-based news and photo agency not to take photos of him or his son Archie.
The agreement, heard in London’s High Court on Friday, is part of a settlement between the Duchess of Sussex and the UK company Splash News and Picture Agency, which she and her son filed in March with photos taken in a Canadian park in January. . The agency then went into administration, a form of bankruptcy defense.
A spokesman for Prince Harry and his wife’s legal representatives, Shillings, gave the settlement a “clear indication that illegal, aggressive and aggressive paparazzi behavior will not be tolerated and the couple takes these matters seriously – as does any family.”
The spokesperson added that Splash UK is a sister company of Splash U.S. A similar lawsuit has been filed in the British court system.

Under an agreement announced on Friday, Splash UK will not take a photo of the Duke, Duchess or their son in the future if the agency leaves the administration.
In a separate privacy case, Meghan is suing Associated Press, publisher of The Mail on Sunday and Mailline Naline, over the publication of a letter to her abducted father, Thomas Markle.
