Meghan Markle leads Prince Harry on his public ‘Journey to Awakening’

Meghan Markle helped accompany Prince Harry on his highly public ‘awakened’ journey, the authors of the couple’s upcoming biography Finding Freedom have claimed.

The Duchess of Sussex, who currently lives with her husband in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, played a key role in helping her husband become more racist, according to authors Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand.

Speaking to National Public Radio in the United States, Mr Scobie said: ‘Harry’s journey to awakening has been very public.

During the interview, the authors also discussed the events that eventually led to the duke and duchess to decide to take a step back from the royal family.

Caroline Durand said: ‘Harry was really looking forward to his family.

‘And I think some people have commented that that might have been a moment in which Harry was too sensitive.

‘He had also experienced some of his own friends talking about Meghan or making negative comments behind her back that word about him traveling back. When Willem then sat down and had that conversation with him, that was the starting point. ‘

This week it was revealed that Prince Charles has remained in regular contact with his son despite being hurt by revelations in the upcoming biography.
