Then there was an audio Dio clip of activist Tamika Mallory saying, “Daniel Cameron is no different from the Negroes who sold our people into slavery.”
Cameron, the first African-American to serve as state attorney general and as a rising star in the Republican Party, did not seek charges against officials in the shooting of Brenona Taylor. He also said officers Miles Cosgrove and Jonathan Mattingley, two of the three officers who were shot that night, “were justified in their actions and their behavior” because they were defending themselves.
Former Diet. Brett Hankison had three felony counts as some of the shots he fired entered the neighboring apartment, where three people were present. He has not pleaded guilty.

Before concluding the song, Megan The Stallion also spoke out, demanding the protection of black men and women.

Taylor was fatally shot March 13 by officers from the Louisville Metro Police Department while executing a search warrant in his apartment. The shooting erupted after her boyfriend fired up what she said, as she thought field officials were intruders. A 26-year-old EMT named Taylor was killed when officers opened fire.
