Fox News host Mark Levin shook up the Washington Post’s coverage of his interview with Attorney General William Barr as a “shocking lie” in a series of shocking tweets on Monday.
Levin sat down with Barr on Sunday’s edition of ‘Life, Liberty & Levin’ on Sunday in an interesting interview in which the country’s top legislators discussed the continuing injustices of Black Lives Matter by American cities. He told Levin that the organization – which is characterized by the media as an outspoken activist group – consists of “Bolsheviks” with a focus on “some form of socialism, communism.”

“They are a revolutionary group that is interested in some form of socialism, communism. They are essentially Bolsheviks. Their tactics are fascist,” he said.
Barr also likened the national injustices organized by Antifa to “a new form of urban guerrilla warfare.”
The Washington Post covered the interview with a headline piece, ” Their tactics are fascist ‘: Barr beats Black Lives Matter, accusing the left of’ shutting down the system, ” which Levin did not appreciate. Levin took to Twitter to express his frustration with the article.
Levin took particular exception to a paragraph he called a ‘shocking lie’, noting that the paper did not even attempt to verify Barr’s remark.

“Despite Barr’s allegations, there have been no arrests or solid evidence linking antifa to violence during Black Lives Matter protests,” The Facts Factecker reported in Washington. The far-right boogaloo movement has since been linked to a murder and several bomb plots aimed at escalating violence, ”wrote Washington Post reporter Jaclyn Peiser.
“Not only is the evidence everywhere, but notice that the Post is not even trying to figure it out; instead, this reporter quotes the fact-checker of his paper, ”Levin wrote. “And the declining tone and journalistic interest in Antifa is truly scandalous. The media have shown that they are all with the violent Marxist movement in our country. ”
The Washington Post declined a request for comment.
