A Chinese dog owner is likely to still have pooches after he was exposed to cold by a falling cat, as seen in a viral video from August 14th.
In the 45-second CCTV footage, which currently has more than 120,000 views on YouTube, a man named Gao can be seen walking with his golden retriever in Harbin, Heilongjiang, local media outlet that it reports the paper.
Then, out of nowhere, a black and white cat falls from the sky and strikes him on the head, causing him to unconsciously fall to the sidewalk.
According to reports, the kitty belonged to his older neighbor and he had fallen from his balcony.
Several bystanders can be seen walking past Gao’s designated body before his dog approaches him to see what’s wrong. It sees the culprit pull through a building and pulls on it, barking, after which the two do an intense face-off, before the camera cuts to its owner on the ground.
Unfortunately, Gao was not pretty after his KO by kitten. According to the Sun, he has spent 23 days in the hospital, and still needs to wear a collar and undergo physical therapy.
Gao seeks compensation from his neighbor over the hairy incident.
