WWE has already confirmed that a Takes All Match Winner between NXT Champion Adam Cole and NXT American Champion Keith Lee will take place in next week’s episode of NXT.
The company recorded the episode that included this match this week and the result of this long-awaited contest was revealed.
The result was leaked by NXT star Saurav Gurjar, who is part of the Indus Sher tag team, in a photo he shared in an Instagram Story post. The post has been removed, but once it’s on the internet, fans will catch it.
Based on this photo, Lee ended up dethroning Cole as the NXT champion as he stands with both titles. It should be noted that WWE may have recorded two different endings for the match, so there is a small chance that Cole actually retains the title, but there have been no reports on whether WWE did that. Therefore, it appears that Lee is the new NXT champion. Check it out:
