Machine Gun Kelly is neglecting social media because she mourns her father’s death.
The rapper said the same in an emotional post on Sunday when he explained that he had originally intended to take the day to commemorate the first anniversary of his album “Hotel Diablo”, but was overwhelmed after meeting his father, Richard Colson, had died.
“I had plans for the first anniversary of Hotel Diablo today. That album was all I wanted to say and I know he’s close to my fans … but my father took his last breath this morning and I never felt such deep pain in my life, “Kelly, whose real name is Richard Colson. Baker – he wrote in his post, adding: “I am putting down my phone. I love you.”

The 30-year-old musician and actor had recently reconnected and made peace with his father, a former missionary who had been to a Denver-area hospital for a non-coronavirus illness, according to the New York Times.

“It sucks because I really just want to scream and cry and sit in my room and wait for someone to come tell me everything is going to be fine,” Kelly told the statement of the situation in an article published on Friday. He said his father had been proud of him for taking another instrument.
“He’s so excited that I’m playing guitar now,” said Kelly. “She called me the other day and said she is really starting to enjoy my music. And he’s super proud of me. “

Kelly is recently rumored to be forging a relationship with actress and model Megan Fox, who starred in a cameo in Kelly’s latest music video for “Bloody Valentine.”
