These sentences put an end to more than a year of legal battles. Loglin and Giannuli initially pleaded not guilty to the additional charge of bribery against them in October and went ahead with the scam along with 11 other parents. In May, the pair shocked many when they changed course and agreed to plead guilty to what Huffman did in 2019.
In their appeal agreement, 56, Loflin agreed to serve two months and pay a 150 150 fine, as well as pay for two years of supervised publication and 100 hours of community service.
Jianuli, meanwhile, faces up to five months in prison, a વર્ષ 250,000 fine with two years of supervised publication and 250 hours of community service.
Loflin’s time in jail comes early, as the judge ruled in August that both she and Giannolly had until November 19. As of Friday, Giannulli has yet to report any facility to start his five-month sentence.
