Mariana Bezuhla, vice president of the Parliament’s Intelligence, Defense and National Security Committee, confirmed that Sheffir’s life had been attacked.

S. Sheffir, 57, was born in the industrial city of Kryvyi Rih in central Ukraine. After studying metallurgy, he and his brother Borys began performing humorous performances on the popular KVN show.
