Joffrey has played for the Atlantic in the Denver Nuggets, Chicago Bulls, Oklahoma Thunder, and San Antonio Spurs. In defense of the latter’s honor, he also scored 26 points against Nikolas Jokičius during the match.

Last season in the Euroleague, wearing a Turkish team jersey, the 211-centimeter-tall Frenchman spent an average of 13 minutes on the court, accumulating 6.3 points and catching 2.7 rebounds.
In the Turkish championship, J. Lauvergne played 22 minutes per game and scored 10.5 points, recovered 6.7 balls and made 2 assists.
The new Žalgiris was also an important member of the French national team. Along with the national team, he won the gold of the European Championship in Slovenia in 2013, and in 2015 he won a bronze medal in France. He also won a bronze medal at the 2014 FIBA World Championship.
J. Lauvergne became the fourth newcomer to “Žalgiris” this summer and joined previously hired Tomas Dimša, Steve Vasturis and Marek Blaževičius, and Marius Grigonis and Lukas Lekavičius will continue the match in “Žalgiris”.
