However, on Tuesday, Ilma Germanienė, director of the Ukmergė animal care home “Klajūnas”, distributed a video on Facebook, in which she claims that three other animal care organizations under her leadership are concerned about the animals of the village of Širvintos.

According to her, several dozen dogs disappeared during the inspection at the farmer’s house on Monday, according to information that several dogs were observed on the neighbors’ territory. And now everything is being done so that those animals come back one day.

Ingrida Baltušytė-Četrauskienė, director of the municipal administration of the Širvintos district, stated that the veterinarian enters the chip and registers it in the system, and that the owner of the animal cannot be a legal entity, only a natural person. Therefore, A.Ušackas was included in the system as its owner.
