“Implementing this project was a pleasant challenge for us: in a short time we had to convert the restricted area, the airport platform, into an open space for movie lovers, which could accommodate more than 200 cars in an orderly and safe manner. The first flights were on the path of the Oscar.

According to A. Račaitytė, the curator of the Aerokino repertoire, the program was created retrospectively and in cooperation with film distributors in Lithuania: the brightest films shown not only in Kino pavasario, but also in general cinema repertoires were selected .

“We put them in continental directions, because at least personally I think that the film, no worse than a trip to one country or another, can introduce a foreign culture, people’s mentality and local problems. Well, the artistic decisions made by the creators promise pleasure and a whole bunch of other experiences ”, says A. Račaitytė in the film program.
