The release of quarantine requirements and the renovation of our restaurants, cafes and restaurants and the construction of additional terraces, as well as the number of visitors to other companies in the sector have increased more than expected, and the need and competence of personnel in major cities and resorts.

With such a large number of visitors and related workloads, due to the inability of employees to come from abroad, we also plan to see trends in salary growth in the coming months of the warm season, ”he said in a written comment.

“Due to increased workload and staff shortages, additional bonuses were paid,” added A. Bakan.
