Tonight, in the second round of the 3×3 World Championship in Debrecen, Šakiai’s team “Vytis-Gulbelė” continued. Still, she lost both stage matches and was left without a tiebreaker.
Gulbelė did not win a single match in all matches in Hungary.
Lithuanians lost the first match of the stage – 21:17 landed for NY Harlem.
The Americans also fought with this American team in the first stage of the tournament: NY Harlem was unbeatable for the Lithuanians. The Swan fiercely resisted the opponents and with a minute and a half to go, the result was a draw (16:16), but the Americans made a couple of shots (19:17) and escaped. Finally, victory was secured by NY Harlem – 9:17 pm.

Fork’s team also fought hard in the second match (15:15), but the Slovenian rivals struck from distance with minutes and a half remaining. The opponents had the opportunity to score and easy points with penalties, so the gap grew rapidly and in the end it was the third penalty that brought victory to Piran’s team – 21:16.
