It is said that there are also problems from construction defects: “In the apartments, the walls are crooked, the underfloor heating pipes are rarely laid, the wooden profile windows are scratched, it is all the fault of the neighbors. The plants did not survive

Delfi Būstas contacted the Homa company itself and inquired about complaints written by neighbors. According to the CEO of the company, Jurgita Kveselaitė, Homa is investing 1.8 million in the creation of the social welfare project of the Gilužio rivjera project. of which 250 thousand. 1 million euros for landscaping and playgrounds. He adds that the two stages of development of the Gilužis Riviera have now been fully completed. The environment of the first stage, as well as the lawn, has been maintained by the management company of the house for a year.

The company’s CEO says the variety of exercises that can be done with sports simulators will be seen by scanning the code in the app on the phone. Playgrounds and sports fields will be covered with a special security cover.

Cameras are promised when all apartment buildings are finished

In response to residents’ complaints about security cameras, the interviewee assures that a security point with a security guard and video surveillance cameras will be installed after the completion of the six phases of the project.

“Before handing over the home to the finishing contractors, we recommend inspecting the windows and other parts of the home so that if they are damaged during the finishing work, residents know who is responsible for the defects and to whom to file damage claims. to the apartment. There are often cases in which the finishing of the building damages the housing structures and the equipment installed by the developer “, explains the executive director of the company and continues that the developer fulfills all obligations, eliminates deficiencies in accordance building regulations.

Commenting on the situation due to the poor communication of the company with the buyers, the interlocutor affirms that the builder uses a task management program in which the buyers can register comments and requests. Here the time and status of your receipt and response is recorded.

Construction of the Gilužio rivjera project in Pilaitė started in the first half of 2019, the six-stage construction works are scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2022. All project departments are sold with partial completion.

The company further adds that more than 12 different real estate projects are currently being developed in Pilaitė.
