The preliminary investigation began on January 14. The pre-trial investigation was conducted by officials of the Vilnius LSC Third Police Commissariat, and the investigation was conducted by the prosecutor of the Vilnius District Prosecutor’s Office. The prosecutor’s statement on the termination of the process was referred to the Vilnius City District Court by means of a criminal court order.
