All of Oksana’s “adventures” were recorded by a police officer video recorder, and a woman who resisted public officials was prosecuted.

The woman, who has shown great courage against the officials, already regrets this fact today, although initially she said that she did not touch the genitals of the officials, later she admitted her guilt and repented.

“It was all through nerves,” said Oksana.

The woman apologized to officials, not only for hitting one of them on the genitals, but also for hurting another.

According to the data of the case, it was established that the police patrols of the capital received a call to one of the apartment buildings in Vilnius – a minor was injured near the house. The boy told authorities that he had been attacked by the father of a friend, who once struck him in the solar plexus.

“When we arrived, two minors were waiting for us, they explained to us that they had found a hedgehog with her friend in the yard, which she wanted to take home, but first she went to ask her parents,” officials said. “We waited for the girl’s father to come to us, he started a conflict and hit one of the boys in the chest area, so he fell down and wanted to hit the other boy in the face, but covered himself with his hands, so he hit him on the arm. “

The officials decided to learn the circumstances of the conflict and went to the home of a man who had abused minors.

“When we knocked on the door, the man who approached them said that he would not open the door because the police did not knock,” recalled one of the patrols. – Then we demand to open the door. The man obeyed and opened the door; there was a clearly drunk man, a woman and a youngest daughter at home. When asked to tell us what incident happened to the children, he explained that he was covering for his daughter, but could not indicate how, only saying that he regretted not hitting them in the face. He also explained that children have a bad influence on his daughter. We said he would have to get dressed and go to the police station with us, but he said he would not go anywhere. “

According to officials, the man was once again asked to get dressed and head to the official car, but he still refused to comply. The man’s wife, Oksana, also intervened in the conflict, declaring that she would not go anywhere and began to hug him.

“Then the woman said she would let her dog out of the balcony and send it to us,” she went to open the door, but the dog couldn’t escape from the balcony because I quickly managed to close the door, “the patrol recalled.” Later, he tried to release the dog again, so I stood at the balcony door and put it away. “

“Get out the door or I’ll give you eggs!” The angry Oksana was not going to calm down, and when the officer demanded an end to the illegal actions, the woman did not react at all, acted aggressively and sent patrols “in three letters” .

“And then he began to put on my office uniform, grabbing his pants, hitting to hit his genitals but not hitting me, pulling my hands and scratching my left finger,” said the police patrol, who was identified as the victim.

According to him, as Oksana behaved aggressively and did not respond to demands to stop the illegal actions, she remained in service uniform, assaulted a colleague and beat his genitals, the patrol was forced to wear a special. tear gas and handcuffs. However, it was not so easy to restrain the woman: a standing spouse stood up to defend her.

“So even before him I had to wear special. tear gas, the officer recalled the unusual incident. “Then my colleagues threw him to the ground and handcuffed him.”

The spouses were taken to the police station to be summoned by other officers and the minor who saw the incident was handed over to her older brother.

Surrendered to the police station, Oksana categorically denied having attacked the police officers, but admitted that she was involved in a conflict with them when they wanted to arrest her husband.

“There was a conflict between us when I started the fight, I wanted to push the patrol out the balcony door because it was useful and my dog ​​was already trying to open it,” Oksana made no secret of cursing with uncensored words and rudely throwing the police officer from the balcony door.

The woman said that the police officers who came to her home did not know it before and had no intention of assaulting or injuring them. And all the more, according to her, to grab them by the genitals.

And when the criminal case against Oksana was brought to court, the woman changed her position, realizing that she would not escape responsibility because the incident at her home was recorded by a video recorder, she admitted that she not only attacked and cursed to the police, but also grabbed them by the crotch.

“I’m so sorry,” said the woman. She said that at the moment she cannot walk fully, she is facing a difficult operation, as doctors will have to undergo surgery on both legs.

The criminal case against Oksana was examined by the Vilnius City District Court under an abbreviated procedure, as the woman pleaded guilty. Judge Ramūnas Keidūnas stated that a recognized victim police officer had a minor health problem when his finger was injured. Another policeman, with the hand of a woman struck on the genitals, had no complaints because he “did not feel any physical pain” after the blow.

“According to the court, the confession of the accused Oksana about the commission of the crime and the circumstances of the commission of the crime to which she refers are not in doubt, her guilt is also proven by other evidence gathered during the pre-trial investigation (the victim), therefore, the court concludes that the guilt of the accused has been proven, ”the judge stated.

The court decided to suspend the criminal case against Oksana because she reconciled with the injured police officer.

According to the judge, the accused woman committed a crime, which falls into the category of intentional misdemeanors, confessed to having committed it and sincerely regretted it, criticized her behavior and apologized to the police victim at trial, and the crime did not cause harm.

“During the trial, the victim stated that he had no claims against the accused,” the court stressed.

In the ruling that ended the criminal case, the court also noted that Oksana had already been convicted once, but the conviction had disappeared, making her a person convicted for the first time, and no new pre-trial investigations had been initiated in her against.

“Oksana has serious health problems and is currently unable to walk, so she attended the court hearing remotely,” concluded the court after evaluating the circumstances of the case, the court concluded that the woman was not prone to crime, nor was there any basis for their antisocial attitudes. crime is more random.

“In addition, the accused is a fairly mature and educated personality, therefore, according to the court, there is no significant evidence in the case to suggest that Oksana will commit new crimes in the future,” the criminal process will itself affect the behavior of Oksana as an educator. and a preventive measure ”, said the judge.

However, according to the court, if Oksana commits a new misdemeanor or negligent crime within one year, the court can overturn the acquittal and rule on her criminal responsibility for all crimes committed.
