Vilnius night raid: drunk driver checks were “crowned” by accident

On Friday night, several crews lined up at the entrances to Naujoji Vilnia. A few hours before midnight, drunk drivers were not trapped here. When the raid moved to the Verkiai mansion, not everyone was lucky enough to make it to the house in silence.

Just before midnight, several drivers had already consumed some alcohol, but still did not exceed the permitted standards. Around 11:30 p.m. a detained Ford driver attempted to dodge the check.

The man began to convince officials that he had drunk little, but only 10 minutes ago, so he was unable to verify it by law because the data from the alcohol meter would not be accurate.

The speech did not help, the man had to fly on the meter. It was established at 0.73 prom. drunkenness. Here as a driver his journey ended.

The girl who was soon inspected, who was driving an Audi car, was apparently very concerned, because she still did not have the luck to fly on the alcohol meter. The officers and the driver fought for a long time until finally the girl was able to register almost from the tenth attempt. The device sets 0.39 avg. alcohol. The driver said he only had a glass of wine a few hours ago. Since he already has two years of driving experience, he only had to sign an official inspection record, but did not exceed the allowed level.

And the “green leaf” that the Mazda car was driving into was in a very unpleasant situation. The guy who committed the crime did not meet the deadline to retake the exams, so he is treated as driving without the right to do so. The driver tried to convince officials that he was inadvertently late. However, this does not release you from liability.

This time no serious drunkenness was detected during the raid, but at the end of the inspections I had to rush to Avenida de la Constitución. A drunk driver in an Isuzu car hit a pole near the Schoolchildren’s Palace.

The Russian-speaking man had a hard time explaining how the accident happened and assured him that the tires had exploded before hitting the post. It is suspected that the driver may have obstructed the curbs or any island before running on the sidewalk, as both tires were lowered on the driver’s side.

Fortunately, there were no people nearby at night, as the car crashed into a pole just off the crosswalk. The airbags inflated on impact and the man was not injured.

The man settled at 1.41 avg. drunkenness. It was not enough for him to be prosecuted, however, the officers no longer allowed him to travel in silence on his own business.

The Isuzu driver was taken to the police station. The vehicle had to be serviced by the named carrier.
