Currently, 21 municipalities in the country are included in the red zone, 26 municipalities in the yellow zone and 13 in the red zone.
The quarantine will be decided by the Government.
SAM reports that decisions on the announcement of quarantine in specific municipalities are made on Wednesdays at the Government meeting. So whether the quarantine will take place in these municipalities will be decided next week.
Starting next week, October 26. Local quarantines are announced in the following municipalities: Elektrn, Jonikis district, Jurbarkas district, Kelms district, Klaipda district, Kretinga district, Marijampols, Pasvalys district, Plungs district, Skuodas district, iauli district, municipalities from venioni district. The quarantine was extended in the municipality of the Raseini district. Duration of the quarantine regime from 2020 October 26 00:00 until 2020 November 9 24:00; In the municipality of the Raseini district until 2020. November 6 24:00
It is clear that in response to the recommendations of international organizations, in Wednesday’s meeting the Government approved the division of the municipality into three zones according to the epidemiological indicators yellow, beer and red.
The relevant zone requires that the level of coronavirus risk be low in participating municipalities and that no additional restrictions are required for eligible municipalities. The ali zone includes municipalities with a morbidity of less than 25 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and a percentage of positive survey of less than 4% per week.
The yellow zone requires that the municipalities in it are prepared and responsibly follow the recommendations of public health experts to control the further spread of the coronavirus. The yellow zone includes municipalities where morbidity does not exceed 50 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and the positive test is equal to or greater than 4% or the morbidity is 25-150 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and the positive test is less than 4%.
The red zone includes those municipalities where the morbidity exceeds 50 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, the positive test is 4% or more and the proportion of cases not related to outbreaks or idioms is 30% or more per week, or those where the Morbidity is greater than 150 cases per 100,000 the proportion of the population and cases not related to outbreaks or ideals is 30% or more per week, that is, at least 10 cases per week must be registered in the municipality.
Municipalities are evaluated on the basis of three criteria: a morbidity rate of 14 days per 100,000 inhabitants, a percentage of positive study between the percentages of the study carried out within 7 days, and a case not related to an outbreak or percentage of inactivity within 7 days.
It is also observed that the re-quarantine regime, which was more than half a year ago, is not valid throughout the country, but only at the local level, in addition, the business of services and commerce is not fully established, it is only subject to additional restrictions . However, the question remains of how, where and when the new quarantine restrictions will be imposed, what will they be in each particular municipality, especially the largest one.
