We have written about a time before a new business center, which will be erected on the site of the current Ibrahim Center. The initiator of the project, the company Realco, claims that the construction of the first healthy offices in Lithuania will already start this year. Two 15-story business center buildings are planned to be built on this site, and the total leased area will reach almost 30,000 m2.
On this occasion, the visual and environmental improvement solutions for the new business center were presented to the capital city.
“The projected building will consist of two 15-story volumes connected by a 3-story stylobate. Entrances to the plot are provided from Lvovo Street on the south side and Kraków Street on the north side. The main entrances to the building are provided from Kalvarijų street on the east side and Lvovo street on the south side. A three-level underground car depot is being designed under the building. On the ground floor there is a car depot, conference rooms, cafes, restaurants, commercial premises, etc. ”, – design proposals for the future business center are written.
Next to the business center, a new public space
The project proposals indicate that a new public space, a plaza, will be established next to the business center. In this public place it is planned to install rest benches, sidewalk lighting, bike racks and ornamental plants.

- Number of places to store bicycles: 29 units;
