However, according to A. Veryga, the requirement for visitors to have a negative coronavirus test or to have it on arrival will remain the same as before.

The Minister also announced that as of September 15. The National Public Health Center (NVSC) will no longer exercise control over isolated persons, and municipalities and the police are responsible for monitoring isolated persons.
Tighter control of arrivals
According to the minister, another decision refers to the control of incoming travelers.
“Not all newcomers behave responsibly, documents are often refused to complete, making it difficult to ensure self-isolation supervision. Thus, a decision has been made that all arriving passengers will have to check whether they have checked-in by means of transport ”, said the Minister.
He stressed that decisions had been made that would oblige all carriers to ensure that passengers arriving by any means of transport, be it bus, plane or ship, should check that they have completed a mandatory form before entering it.
“After completing it, a QR code will be generated. After checking, you can see if it really is the person who got into the vehicle. And it will be possible to search for cheats. That data will automatically enter the NVSC database. It will be more efficient to control people who must isolate themselves ”, emphasized A. Veryga.
He also provided insight into restrictions on nightlife venues. According to him, as long as the situation does not grow exponentially, decisions will not be made on night bars and entertainment venues. But if chimneys are searched, visitor registration is promised.
