V. Augienė – since 2017 In the team of former Minister Linas Kukuraitis, she served as Deputy Minister and oversaw the field of protection of children’s rights, integration of the disabled and refugees, and will continue to work in the team of Minister M. Navickienė.

Before joining the deputy minister, V. Augienė was deputy director of the Vilnius municipal administration and headed the departments of social support and protection of children’s rights of the Vilnius municipality. The Vice Minister graduated in pedagogy and preschool psychology from Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences (former Vilnius Pedagogical University) and continues her studies at Mykolas Romeris University, with a master’s degree in child rights protection.

V.Šilinskas is a lawyer, former associate partner of one of the largest law firms TGS Baltic. He was rated as one of the best labor lawyers in Lithuania (Raising Star) in the international legal guide Legal 500. Interested in negotiations, many studied the subject, including Harvard Business School. He is currently pursuing a senior master’s degree in management at the Baltic Institute of Management.

A.Selčinskienė – a change management professional with several decades of work experience in the Lithuanian public sector, strategic planning of foreign projects and implementation of changes. She has worked as Administrative Director of the State Energy Regulatory Council (formerly the State Energy and Price Control Commission) and the Competition Council, headed the Radioactive Waste Management Agency, worked as an advisor in the Lithuanian Energy Agency and others state institutions. A.Selčinskienė – Master of Public Administration, graduated from ISM University of Administration and Economics with a Master of Administration.

J.Varžgalytė-Tiažkijienė – Long-term advisor to former Seimas spokesperson Irena Degutienė. J.Varžgalytė-Trauckijienė 2009–2012. In 2012-2020, he held the position of Head of the Secretariat of the President of Seimas. He was an advisor to the vice president of Seimas. Ms. Navickienė’s advisor graduated from VU TSPMI with a BA in Political Science and an LLM from VU Law School. J.Varžgalytė-Trauckijienė – Interinstitutional Cooperation Advisor to M.Navickienė.

T. Kavaliauskas is an LRT journalist, television and radio presenter, reporter, worked as a spokesperson for the Lithuanian National Museum, radio presenter and editor at Radiocentro RC2 radio station, then editor of the Baltic television program. He held the position of AB Ignitis grupė, ESO’s public relations project manager (he was a media representative). T. Kavaliauskas is a Master in Public Relations at Vilnius University Faculty of History.

Dr. A. Bitinas – lawyer, researcher at Vilnius University Law Faculty and international expert on social security and labor. M. Navickienė’s public advisor graduated from Vilnius University Faculty of Law, studied in France and has a doctorate in social sciences. Audrius Bitinas worked on the Board of the State Social Insurance Fund, Lithuanian Bar Association, in 2011-2013. he was vice minister of Social Security and Labor.
