According to the case data, it was established that on the night of February 18, the businessman Kaišiadorys arrived in Lithuania from Poland through the Lazdijai border checkpoint with his subordinate truck Iveco 35C15. Here, the vehicle was stopped by officials, because when arriving in Lithuania it was mandatory to complete the NVSC form and receive a QR code and isolate oneself at the place of residence.
