In August, the highest salaries in Lithuania were paid by small pharmaceutical and IT companies, and the average salaries of the top ten companies amounted to 5-7.5 thousand. According to data published by Sodra.

The average salary of the company is determined by ranking the salaries in ascending or descending order and taking the amount of salaries in the middle. Therefore, calculating wages in this way can give a better picture of the wages of most employees than simply deriving the average.

The first three are familiar names

Uber Lithuania Software and Development, which is among the top ten companies that pay the highest salaries each month, paid the highest average salaries to employees working full-time and part-time in August: 7,540.6 euros. The company has 47 employees.

Dominated by pharmaceutical companies

Pharmacists are back in fourth and fifth place. While these companies are often among the highest paying, August has more than ever.
