According to the case, Tadas O. and Jacob P., under the influence of alcohol, which influenced the commission of crimes, beat a person in a public place at the entrance to the parking lot.

The outbreak of violence, according to the court, was due to a trivial reason. A man who worked as a driver was intentionally kicked with alcohol with his fists and legs at least 14 times.

Experts found that it hit the head, neck, right forearm, and both hands. As a result, abrasions were produced on various parts of the body from the joint action. He suffered certain fractures that produced a local hemorrhage on the hard layer of the brain.

Experts classified the injuries of a taxi driver injured by two drunk passengers as a serious health disorder. And the most severe punishment provided for such a crime in Lithuania was up to 12 years in prison.

Later, with a friend, they allegedly offered to pay and told the driver not to puncture. The driver allegedly threatened to call friends from the taxi. They were close to each other and, according to Tad O., his friend hit the driver in the face.

Then there were three in a row. During the fight, Tadas O. remembers being run over by a taxi driver several times. He couldn’t remember exactly how many hits he had struck.

Jacob P. admitted that he was the first to hit the victim. At first it was applied to my head and then I don’t remember it.

The taxi driver explained in the audience that he had received the reservation that night and arrived at the place in 2 minutes.

The man said the passengers were crossing the entire road, screaming. Upon arrival, one of them banged hard on the car door. Then the driver got out to ask what it is.

The passengers threatened him with retaliation. The taxi driver had a gun for himself, he told them to lie because they did not control their actions.
