For the first time, President Donald Trump has publicly acknowledged that he may not have won the presidential election. This is assumed from your comments on the future US administration’s response to the coronavirus.

Speaking to reporters at the White House on Friday about the coronavirus and vaccines, Trump promised that his administration would not impose tough measures to restrict social life in the country, but warned that another administration could do so.

“This administration will not close the country. What would happen in the future. But who knows what the administration will be like, time will tell. But I can assure you that this administration is not going to take the closure,” he said.

Bloomberg notes that this is Trump’s first public comment after November 5. Since then, the president has only communicated publicly through the social network Twitter, spreading unsubstantiated allegations that the election was rigged and that he was the real winner of the election.

VŽ wrote that Democrat Joe Biden, who is considered president-elect, consolidated his victory on Friday after winning a Republican-backed state of Georgia and garnering a total of 307 votes in the Electoral College. To win the November 3 presidential election, a candidate must win the support of at least 270 voters.

Additionally, Trump’s campaign attorneys dropped a lawsuit on Friday asking the court to force the state of Arizona to reconsider the results of last week’s election.
