The operation of shops is prohibited, including shops in shopping and / or entertainment centers, markets and other public outlets, except:

Zone: Non-prohibited stores must provide 15 m2 of retail space per visitor or must not serve more than one person at a time, and other conditions established by the Statewide Emergency Operations Manager must be met.
Recommendations for specific business activities:
- Trade in the market and other public places of commerce of non-food products is prohibited;
- Outdoor trading of Christmas trees and other trees is possible;
- Sale of flowers: prohibited, except for contactless sale, when flowers are ordered by phone or online and delivered to the house or collected at the collection point;
- Trade in animal products: possible sale of veterinary equipment if the main activity is animal feed;
- Sale of funeral supplies: available only online or by phone, when the products are delivered to individuals or collected at collection points
- Pawn shop trading: Pawn shop services are allowed if they are financial services. If pawn shop services do not fall into the financial services category, then services are available if the customer contact lasts up to 15 minutes.
Service sector
General recommendations: Non-prohibited service locations must provide a 10 m2 service area per visitor or will not serve more than one person at a time and will be subject to other conditions established by the Statewide Emergency Operations Manual.
Duration of services: The duration of non-prohibited services between the service provider and the recipient is up to 15 minutes.
Recommendations for specific services:
- Accommodation: can be provided when the room accommodates a family. Accommodation services for private events, celebrations or other gatherings may not be provided. It should be noted that until January 31. restrictions also apply to movement between municipalities;
- Car service: available if the customer is contacted for up to 15 minutes. and safety requirements are met;
- Car washes: can work if the customer is contacted for up to 15 minutes. and safety requirements are met;
- Dry cleaners: they can work if they are in contact with the customer for up to 15 minutes. and safety requirements are met;
- Jeweler services – available if you contact the customer for up to 15 minutes. and safety requirements are met;
- Treatment of animals and health services: possible if the transfer without contact of the animal or up to 15 minutes is guaranteed. prolonged contact with the customer during the delivery and collection of the animal;
- Beauty services – prohibited;
- Rental of hot tub, mobile sauna: possible if it is not an integral part of the leisure or recreation service provided, and is used by a single family within the municipality of their residence;
- Leisure, sports and other equipment: the rental of a family farm within the municipality of your residence is allowed;
- There is food to go;
- Leasing, subletting: it is prohibited to provide the services of rental, sublease or loan of premises belonging to the property right or for other legal reasons for the organization of private events, celebrations or other meetings. Accommodation rental can be provided when the room accommodates a family;
- Moving services: allowed to provide no more than 15 minutes. contact with the customer, such as acceptance of an order, brief consultation and service takes place when direct contact is no longer available;
- Sewing services, clothing repair: possible if contact with the customer is up to 15 minutes. and safety requirements are met;
- Solarium services: available if no more than 15 minutes of contact between the service provider and the recipient of the service is guaranteed (in a solarium, between the client and the solarium administrator and (or) another solarium employee);
- Dog Grooming Services – Available if non-contact transfer of animals or up to 15 minutes is guaranteed. prolonged contact with the customer during the delivery and collection of the animal;
- Games rooms: they cannot be used as leisure and entertainment services are prohibited.
