Wellness is often especially detrimental to constant use of technology, so to avoid burnout, it helps to set a time when you do not use technology and do activities that are enjoyable for you: sports, reading books, or go for a walk.
“It is important to find time for activities that are not related to your work so that your brain rests better, but if you spend your rest reading scientific books in the professional field, it will be difficult to call it complete leisure. It is also useful to act on things that are not directly related to your work, for example, if you usually spend a lot of time counting, relaxing and participating in creative activities, ”he advises.
