He will begin the Eastern Conference Finals with the Atlanta Hawks with the Bucks Wednesday through Thursday nights.
Middleton played in the 2019 World Cup and scored 9.9 points each.
Milwaukee Bucks player Holiday has 17.3 points, 6.3 assists and 4.8 rebounds this season. He will make his debut for the United States team.
Love scored 12.2 points and 7.4 rebounds for the Cavaliers this season.
The tallest 32 inches and 208 cm played in the 2012 Olympics and 2010 World Championships and won two gold medals.
The United States national team in Group A of the Olympic Games will play France, Iran and the winner of a qualifying tournament in Victoria, Canada.
Basketball will be played at the Olympics from July 24 to August 8.
